The weather had been good all week and Leangen was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Brown Brawn found a gap and took the lead. Dreaming Ship followed before Lady Speed. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Lady Speed sprinted to the front. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Dreaming Ship sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dreaming Ship followed by Twilight Zone and Medieval Methods. Lane two Brown Brawn followed by Troy and Lady Speed.

Elegant Lovebreaker was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Twilight Zone galoped for 50 m. Dreaming Ship were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Elegant Lovebreaker showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Elegant Lovebreaker galopped for 10 m on the homestretch. Geir Vegard Gundersen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Elegant Lovebreaker started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Winner of todays race was Dreaming Ship. Brown Brawn came in second. Troy became third.
