One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Running Diamond. Saint Jack ended up behind the leader. Sudden Witch got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Jack Of Spades was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

Jolly Diary looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Knock Out couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sudden Witch.

Knock Out accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Pleasure In Carrots started to gallop after 1500m and Ulf Ohlsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Knock Out were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Knock Out was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Erik Adielsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Saint Jack started to galopp and lost 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Wandering Jewel galop. Wandering Jewel lost 10 m. Indochine galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.

Sudden Witch sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
