Only a humble breeze blew over Riihimäki this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Walking Piece could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Monumento Memoria, Stokkolm Max H., Walking Piece, Beach Boy, Malkin, Born Bowler, Big Steady Cherry, Winner's Hibiscus. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m.

Monumento Memoria was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Winner's Hibiscus accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Ghosthunter was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Beach Boy litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Ghosthunter galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. Ghosthunter galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Big Steady Cherry won. Beach Boy came in second. Born Bowler caught third place.
