One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were No Limits. Periphere ended up behind the leader. Champagne got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m. Peu Miracle galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Happy Sword was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.

Lonely Amazon quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Take On Me sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Lonely Amazon looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

No Limits seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

driver couldn't keep Peu Miracle to trotting so they were disqualified. No Limits kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Pleasure In Carrots galoped way to long and was disqualified. Stein Egil Nervik tried a little too much on the homestretch and Periphere started to galopp and lost 20 m. Peu Miracle was disturbed and galopped for 0 m.

Champagne won the race after a spectacular finish.
