One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Stopping Factory sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m. When the startcar left the field Growing Action started to galop and lost 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Old Thrasher sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m. A bird flew just in front of Rindis Good Times who started to galop and lost 30 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Growing Action took the lead rather easily. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

Teufel Geist looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Stopping Factory seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Old Thrasher was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.

Stopping Factory sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Growing Action won the race after a spectacular finish.
