It had been raining for several days at Årjäng but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hold On took the lead after a very quick start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Ragazzo Bellissimo looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Hold On couldn't come out from behind the leader, Con Desiderio. driver couldn't keep Hold On to trotting so they were disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ragazzo Bellissimo followed by Radiating Diary and Javelin Strike. Lane two Con Desiderio followed by Doremi Fa Solatide and Glorious Pearl. Glorious Pearl started to gallop after 1500m and Håkan K Persson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Ragazzo Bellissimo was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Ragazzo Bellissimo looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Doremi Fa Solatide galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Con Desiderio never caught up with Radiating Diary who won. Ragazzo Bellissimo came third.
