The weather had been good all week and Romme was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Stopping Cruiser sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Indépendant started to galop and lost 30 m.

Stopping Cruiser was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

The leader got disturbed by something and Helpful Rock took the lead rather easily.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Helpful Rock today. It continued in the lead.

Independent litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Helpful Rock sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
