One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sharp Flat White. Dreaming Comet ended up behind the leader. Midnattens Widunder got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Sad Play saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Cold Starlight was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Sharp Flat White looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Final Assignment couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sad Play. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sad Play today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Sharp Flat White galoped for 50 m. Sad Play were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

World Wide galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Sad Play didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
