One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Kjekken could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Heavenly Starlight, Air Hostess, Stopping Folder, Trackhacker, Kjekken, Sum, Tempting Star, Magic Connection. Sum was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Air Hostess looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Trackhacker couldn't come out from behind the leader, Heavenly Starlight.




Trackhacker accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Trainer Express to trotting so they were disqualified.




Heavenly Starlight seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Unknown gallopped 30 m after 2000m.



Kjekken was first on the homestretch followed by Heavenly Starlight and Trackhacker.

Magic Connection showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




No-one could catch Kjekken today who won before Heavenly Starlight and Trackhacker.
