It had been raining for several days at Halmstad but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Metal Machine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Wondering Witch quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Metal Machine who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Sneaking Cookie took the lead after 1000m. Anaphora didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Anaphora saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Wondering Witch gallopped for 30 m.



Anaphora looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Glowing Forest was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Anaphora kept the speed the whole finish and won before Queen Of Hearts and Sneaking Cookie.
