One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lightning could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Improver showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




The leader got disturbed by something and Flying Machine took the lead rather easily. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Flying Machine today. It continued in the lead. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Flying Machine didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Flying Machine looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Flying Machine today who won before Lightning and Improver.
