The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Visby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Screaming Printer sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




I'm The Scatman was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Screaming Printer galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




I'm The Scatman was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Red Horizon galoped for 20 m. Flora Bakaou kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
