It had been raining for several days at Lycksele but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shooting Architecture could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m. When the startcar left the field Périscope started to galop and lost 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Close Piece, Calming Plan, Dead Mountain, Mørkets Fyrste, Solid Piece, Brave Cube, Radiating Love, Périscope.




Close Piece clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Close Piece was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Calming Plan galoped for 40 m. Close Piece kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Calming Plan was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Radiating Love won the race after a spectacular finish.
