The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Beaune Therons could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sizzling sprinted to the front.




Sizzling was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. driver couldn't keep Profondamente Tocco to trotting so they were disqualified.




Sizzling was still in the lead after 1500m.




Beaune Therons took the lead. Come With Me was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Beaune Therons sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Beach Boy, 2 Beaune Therons, 3 Sizzling.
