The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åmål today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Walking Piece found a gap and took the lead. Grasping Star followed before Bist Kanon.

Grasping Star was in fine shape and held the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Honolulu Dreamer who started to galop and lost 40 m. Comfortable Moon started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Bist Kanon was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Walking Piece today. It continued in the lead. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Bist Kanon galloped for 50 m.

Syn I Aktionen looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Walking Star galop. Walking Star lost 20 m.

Syn I Aktionen kept the speed the whole finish and won before Walking Piece and Ximba De Suite.
