One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Als Es Ist. Bastard ended up behind the leader. Treat Me Good got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Sally Maclennane was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Bastard accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Bastard was still in the lead after 2000m. Montreal Figher was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



With only a little left of the race Deside My Destiny galoped for 40 m. Bastard were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Bastard kept the speed the whole finish and won before Als Es Ist and Deside My Destiny.
