One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Darkness Falls. Sevenoclock ended up behind the leader. Made In Spain got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Johnny Takter wanted a little to much in the start and Eglab Dersa galoped for 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Sevenoclock, Darkness Falls, Keskiyö Haaveilla, Blue Queen, Halvtosset, Playing Love, Coconut Man, Elegant Ruby. Made In Spain was disturbed and galoped 50 m. A bird flew just in front of Little Star who started to galop and lost 50 m. Eglab Dersa started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Darkness Falls took the lead after 1000m. Halvtosset didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. driver couldn't keep Blue Queen to trotting so they were disqualified.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Darkness Falls today. It continued in the lead.

Darkness Falls looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Darkness Falls kept the speed the whole finish and won before Halvtosset and Sevenoclock.
