Only a humble breeze blew over Biri this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Word Of Truth found a gap and took the lead. Orange Blossom followed before Glorious Wind.




Word Of Truth was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Glorious Wind galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Orange Blossom suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m. Alias galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Word Of Truth was still in the lead after 1500m. driver couldn't keep Orange Blossom to trotting so they were disqualified. Glorious Wind started to gallop after 1500m and Asbjørn Mehla had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Word Of Truth looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Alias galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Winner of todays race was Word Of Truth. La Carmencita came in second. Englen Inne Skjule became third.
