The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Gävle this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Louder Than Thunder. Lucky Autumn ended up behind the leader. Perfect Warrior got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Lucky Autumn sprinted to the front. Platinum Mustache started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Sainte sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Sainte was still in the lead after 1500m.

Sainte kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Sainte were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Lucky Autumn won. Louder Than Thunder came in second. Sainte caught third place.
