One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Saint Michel sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




Prince quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Prince clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.



Calming Band clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Leaving Louisville galop. Leaving Louisville lost 40 m.




Saint Michel sprinted over the finishline before Calming Band and Hannibal Pond.
