It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Blue Hotel sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Fagerviks Captain Nemo was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Little Daffodil quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. The leader got disturbed by something and Flam Drag took the lead rather easily. Little Daffodil saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Little Daffodil sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Blue Hotel won. Flam Drag came in second. Hannibal Pond caught third place. Results
