One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pointing Thought sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Penny To Penny started to galop and lost 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Penny To Penny sprinted to the front.




Famous Wave looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Super Trouper couldn't come out from behind the leader, Penny To Penny. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Penny To Penny today. It continued in the lead.




Penny To Penny kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Not Enough was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



With only a little left of the race Not Enough galoped for 20 m. Penny To Penny looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
