The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Kaukonen this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Walking Play sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 30 m. When the startcar left the field Attractive Solution started to galop and lost 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Heavenly Pie, Sneaky Behemoth, Solid Arraow, Mesdemoiselles, Goofy Cake, Winter Eve, Thunder Strong, Walking Play.




Heavenly Pie was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Goofy Cake showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Peruvian Walnut was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Walking Play accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Goofy Cake was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Winter Eve litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winter Eve didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
