The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Green Light found a gap and took the lead. Red Fox followed before King Giant.




This is the positions after 500m. The President, Fagerviks Apollo 13, Excellent Queen, King Giant, Travelling Galaxy, Red Fox, Green Light, Climbing Steel.




Fagerviks Apollo 13 took the lead after 1000m. King Giant didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Beatbox galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Red Fox accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



With only a little left of the race Beatbox galoped for 30 m. King Giant was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Red Fox looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Excellent Queen won the race after a spectacular finish.
