The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Halmstad today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Madame Grizzly sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Starstruck Maid quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Starstruck Maid clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Starstruck Maid followed by Coughing Wardrobe and Gardens of Eden. Lane two Miss France followed by Madame Grizzly and Fast Forward.



With only a little left of the race Angel In Red galoped for 30 m. Miss France was first on the homestretch followed by Coughing Wardrobe and Starstruck Maid.






Starstruck Maid made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Miss France.
