Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Färjestad track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Prime Guard took the lead after a very quick start. Peter Cederin wanted a little to much in the start and Close Knight galoped for 40 m.

Laissez-faire saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Colman Marty sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Laissez-faire looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Laissez-faire sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Lars Erixon tried a little too much on the homestretch and Knight Rider started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Laissez-faire didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
