The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Call Me Rocky took the lead after a very quick start. Confident Runner suddenly started to galop. Magnus Jakobsson had to struggle to get Confident Runner to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Newport quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Cleopatra sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.



Call Me Rocky sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Sergeant Bandwith galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Powerful Play never caught up with Call Me Rocky who won. Newport came third.
