One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Freed From Hell. So What ended up behind the leader. Tarzan Boy got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Thomas Uhrberg wanted a little to much in the start and Explode galoped for 50 m.

So What quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Tarzan Boy was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Freed From Hell looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Traveller couldn't come out from behind the leader, So What. Hard Gambler suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one So What followed by Tarzan Boy and Shiny Colours. Lane two Freed From Hell followed by Traveller and Beautiful Wardrobe. Explode galloped for 50 m.

So What looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Thomas Uhrberg tried a little too much on the homestretch and Explode started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Beautiful Wardrobe sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
