Such A Winner sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Fast Runner quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Secret Magician looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Bricks Marlin couldn't come out from behind the leader, Fast Runner.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Fast Runner followed by Liberty and Frozen Devil. Lane two Such A Winner followed by Bricks Marlin and Lone Pirate.

Fast Runner sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

Fast Runner kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Tom Horpestad tried a little too much on the homestretch and Bricks Marlin started to galopp and lost 50 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Lone Pirate galop. Lone Pirate lost 30 m.

Fast Runner didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
