The weather had been good all week and Skellefteå was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Freeloader. Englen Tårer ended up behind the leader. Jonté Ponté got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Great Starlight sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Great Starlight followed by Jonté Ponté and At The Line. Lane two Englen Tårer followed by Freeloader and Base Attack.



Great Starlight sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Mr Unicorn galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Great Starlight kept the speed the whole finish and won before Jonté Ponté and Englen Tårer.
