One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Perfect Spice could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 10 m.




Running Through Walls quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Red Dawn sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Fighting Sniper looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Through The Grapewine put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Heavy Runner was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



With only a little left of the race Heavy Runner galoped for 30 m. Through The Grapewine looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Perfect Spice never caught up with Through The Grapewine who won. Fighting Sniper came third.
