One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Opposing Cookie could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Stepping Grove saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Grasping Red looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Opposing Cookie couldn't come out from behind the leader, Stepping Grove.

Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Opposing Cookie started to galopp and lost 40 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Opposing Cookie galop. Opposing Cookie lost 10 m.




Winner of todays race was Stepping Grove. Grasping Red came in second. Opposing Cookie became third.
