One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Solid As Sugar took the lead after a very quick start.

The leader got disturbed by something and
Just A Game took the lead rather easily. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
Perfect Girl saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
With only a little left of the race
Perfect Girl galoped for 40 m.
Solid As Sugar litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused
Perfect Girl galop.
Perfect Girl lost 20 m.
Growing
Play galoped for 60m and was disqualified.
Perfect Girl won the race after a spectacular finish.
