Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Vaasa track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Jumping Plan. Prospectus ended up behind the leader. Close Wave got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Freed From Hell sprinted to the front. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Jumping Plan took the lead after 1000m. Rolling Rockstar didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Super Lightning was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Rolling Rockstar saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Hjördis Pond started to gallop after 1500m and Veli-Erkki Paavola had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Rolling Rockstar kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Hjördis Pond galop. Hjördis Pond lost 50 m.

Final standings. 1 Jumping Plan, 2 Powerful Runner, 3 Rolling Rockstar.
