It had been raining for several days at Hagmyren but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Spring Night found a gap and took the lead. Golden Empire followed before Onthoud Naamwoord.

Scandalous saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Scandalous followed by Golden Empire and Onthoud Naamwoord. Lane two Spring Night followed by Completly Free and Dramatic.

Spring Night suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Örjan Kihlström tried a little too much on the homestretch and Dramatic started to galopp and lost 30 m.

Final standings. 1 Golden Empire, 2 Spring Night, 3 Scandalous.
