One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Turning Red could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Turning Red was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Turning Red followed by Moonlight Moonlight and On The Beach. Lane two Lonely Sunflower followed by Objection Overruled and Dream Of Fire.

Lonely Sunflower was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Most Shining Star galoped for 30 m. Turning Red looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Turning Red didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
