One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Bold Ruby. You Still Smile ended up behind the leader. You´re Not Alone got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field You´re Not Alone started to galop and lost 50 m.

Ernestina Bakaou saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. La Flamme Gloire galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Ernestina Bakaou was still in the lead after 1500m. driver couldn't keep You´re Not Alone to trotting so they were disqualified.

Ernestina Bakaou didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Ernestina Bakaou kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

You Still Smile won. Cicciolina came in second. Piniata De Lou caught third place.
