The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åmål this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Botswana found a gap and took the lead. Extra Ordinery followed before Tinseltown. Michelangelo showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




Extra Ordinery quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Island Of Rain sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Sneaking Cookie accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Jumping Jewel put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Tinseltown was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Jumping Jewel sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Botswana won. Jumping Jewel came in second. Sneaking Cookie caught third place.
