Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Hoting track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Cute But Dangerous sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Dévouement was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

This is the positions after 500m. Special Lady, Cute But Dangerous, Dove Heaven, The Daydreamer, Mr Gentleman, Bergens Engel, Traffic Hazard, Because Of You.

The Daydreamer sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Special Lady galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one The Daydreamer followed by Mr Gentleman and Because Of You. Lane two Cute But Dangerous followed by Bergens Engel and Dove Heaven. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

The Daydreamer kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Special Lady galoped for 40 m. Mr Gentleman was first on the homestretch followed by Bergens Engel and The Daydreamer.

Bergens Engel won the race after a spectacular finish.
