One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Slow Bear. Fighting Plan ended up behind the leader. Intelligent Pirate got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Stokkolm Desmond C. was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Victoire Victorieux was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Intelligent Pirate suddenly started to galop. Robert Bergh had to struggle to get Intelligent Pirate to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Victoire Victorieux, Fighting Plan, Escalope, Karate Kid, Intelligent Pirate, Beatbox, Jumping Play, Jarramas. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Intelligent Pirate sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Good Looking Missile was disturbed and galoped 10 m.
