One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Paleface Avenger sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Fleece Power saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Stifling Winter accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Stifling Winter were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Fleece Power galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Winner of todays race was Stifling Winter. Paleface Avenger came in second. Fleece Power became third.
