One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Radiating Wave could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Compagnon Par Réglement showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

Running Legend saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Radiating Wave galloped way to long and was disqualified.

A Wonderful Feeling took the lead after 1000m. Power Tank didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Action King galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Power Tank accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. A Wonderful Feeling started to gallop after 1500m and Håkan Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Action King started to gallop after 1500m and Anders L Lundin had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Power Tank sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Robert Bergh tried a little too much on the homestretch and Frame Me started to galopp and lost 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Radiating Wave galop. Radiating Wave lost 10 m.

Power Tank didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
