It had been raining for several days at Vaasa but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sir Sirius took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 20 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m. Diesel Engine galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Saraswati saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m. A bird flew just in front of Moving Pirate who started to galop and lost 20 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Saraswati today. It continued in the lead.



Saraswati kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Jan Norberg tried a little too much on the homestretch and Diesel Engine started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Kung Fu Fighting never caught up with Saraswati who won. Gentleman Muscle came third.
