One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Made In Finland sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Made In Finland started to galop and lost 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Made In Finland followed by Surprise and Intelligent Ship. Lane two Monsieur Du Dijon followed by Shining Diamond and .



Made In Finland kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Monsieur Du Dijon kept the speed the whole finish and won before Made In Finland and Surprise.
