Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Östersund track was in top-condition.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Look Away found a gap and took the lead.
Baby Love followed before
Mahrja Magpie. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m.
Look Away was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.
Baby Love looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Mahrja Magpie couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Look Away. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
Look Away today. It continued in the lead.
Mahrja Magpie was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.
Look Away looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and
Mahrja Magpie started to galopp and lost 10 m.
Look Away didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
