One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Brave Thinker took the lead after a very quick start. Åke Svanstedt wanted a little to much in the start and Sleepy Twister galoped for 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Xploding Trixi Topp, Brave Thinker, Fluffy Duck, Sleepy Twister, Addicted Maniac, Brave Starshine, Rolling Sky, Ghetto Rose. A bird flew just in front of Pointing Darkness who started to galop and lost 50 m. A bird flew just in front of Rolling Sky who started to galop and lost 20 m.

Xploding Trixi Topp sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Addicted Maniac looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Brave Thinker suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Apaja Nyt Kuluva galop. Apaja Nyt Kuluva lost 20 m. Åke Svanstedt tried a little too much on the homestretch and Sleepy Twister started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Final standings. 1 Xploding Trixi Topp, 2 Addicted Maniac, 3 Brave Thinker.
