The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Jägersro today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Ernani could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Flemming Jensen wanted a little to much in the start and Ernani galoped for 40 m. Cheval Du Royaume was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Fair Winter saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Pinstripe´s Bonzai started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Master of Art took the lead after 1000m. Ernani didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Pinstripe´s Bonzai suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Master of Art today. It continued in the lead. King Of Israel started to gallop after 1500m and Per Nordström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Master of Art sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Coughing Box was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.

Epona was first on the homestretch followed by Master of Art and Ernani.

Master of Art won the race after a spectacular finish.
