The weather had been good all week and Solänget was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Esotico Dream. Try To Compare ended up behind the leader. Hold On got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Sergeant Bear galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Try To Compare saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Mercredi sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Mercredi was still in the lead after 1500m.



Mercredi kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Ulf Ohlsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Try To Compare started to galopp and lost 10 m. Joe`s Hopper was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Happy Rocket made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Esotico Dream.
