One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

His Royalty could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. One Dark Night galloped way to long and was disqualified.

His Royalty was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and O'Callaghan took the lead rather easily.

His Royalty looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Lantino suddenly took over the lead. Magnetic Impulse showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Lantino sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused O'Callaghan galop. O'Callaghan lost 10 m.

Winner of todays race was Lantino. His Royalty came in second. Made In Sweden became third.
