One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Verlangend Erfolg. Doc The Hooligan ended up behind the leader. Solid Moon got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Prodigy started to galop and lost 20 m.




Verlangend Erfolg was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Verlangend Erfolg who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Dean looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Doc The Hooligan couldn't come out from behind the leader, Verlangend Erfolg. Milk And Beer suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Prodigy followed by Verlangend Erfolg and Doc The Hooligan. Lane two Dean followed by Solid Moon and Heartbreaker.



Prodigy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Verlangend Erfolg didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
